Qoyod and Stripe Integration

How Qoyod integrates with Stripe to accept online payments and automatically record them in your accounting books.

What the integration does

• Accept payments from customers through Stripe.
• Automatically record each payment in Qoyod and link it to the sales invoice or receipt voucher.
• Update the balance of the bank account linked to Stripe after every transaction.

Connection requirements

• An active Stripe account (for merchants outside Saudi Arabia or global businesses).
• An API key from Qoyod plus your Stripe API key.

General steps

1. Open “Settings” then “Integrations” in Qoyod.
2. Choose Stripe and complete the connection by entering your Stripe API key.
3. Select the Qoyod bank account where payments will be recorded.
4. Save and activate the integration.

Notes

• Qoyod only records the accounting entry. Fees and services are handled directly between the customer and Stripe.
• Stripe may not support all countries. Check service availability in your country before activating.
