Change Subscription Plan

This article explains how to change your subscription plan in Qoyod, whether moving from the free trial to a paid plan or switching between paid plans.

Path in Qoyod

Subscription Settings › Manage Plan › Change Plan

Steps

1. From the dropdown menu, click “Subscription Settings”.
2. Click “Manage Plan”.
3. Choose “Change Plan”.
4. The available plans in Qoyod are listed. Choose the plan that suits you.
5. On the “Subscriber Details” page, fill in the organization and primary user information.
6. Choose the payment method: online payment or bank transfer.
7. Click “Continue”.
8. The subscription payment details appear. Click “Continue to Payment” to complete the process.

Change confirmation

After payment is complete, you will receive an email confirming the plan change and the new subscription details.
