This article explains how to edit profile data and email settings in Qoyod, and how to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to strengthen account security.

Edit Profile Data
From the Edit Profile page you can:
- Edit your personal information as shown in the system.
- Change your password.
- Control email notification settings (enable or disable notification types).
- The email address cannot be changed by the user. To change it, submit a technical request to Qoyod support.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Two-factor authentication adds a higher level of security to your account in case your password is compromised. Once set up, logging in takes two steps:
- Enter your password.
- Enter the verification code generated by the authenticator app on your phone.
Activation Steps
- Open Edit Profile and go to the “Two-Factor Authentication” section.
- Scan the QR code using one of the following apps:
- Google Authenticator.
- Authy.
Or manually enter the code (shown in red) inside the app.
- Enter your Qoyod password.
- Enter the verification code generated by the app (valid for a limited time).
- Save to activate two-factor authentication on the account.
