Add, Edit, or Delete Payment Terms

This article explains how to add new payment terms, edit them, or delete them in Qoyod, and outlines the default payment terms available.

Default Payment Terms

Qoyod provides a ready-made set of payment terms:

• Same day.
• 7 days.
• 10 days.
• 30 days.
• 60 days.
• 90 days.

Add a New Payment Term

1. From the “Settings” dropdown menu, select “Payment Terms”.
2. Click “Create Payment Term” at the top right of the page.
3. Enter the term name, number of days until payment is due, and the description.
4. Click “Save”.

Edit or Delete a Payment Term

1. From the “Settings” dropdown menu, select “Payment Terms”.
2. Next to each term in the list, edit and delete icons appear.
3. Click the appropriate icon, complete the edit or confirm the deletion, then click “Save”.
