This article explains how to use Point of Sale through the browser in Qoyod (Web POS), how to log in, multi-user support, and how to create Invoices from the interface.
Usage requirements
You can use the Point of Sale system directly from the browser without needing an Android device, which makes access easy from any internet-connected device.
Logging in
- The option to access Point of Sale appears only to users who hold POS permissions in their organizations.
- You can log in from the organization selection screen or from the side menu inside the system.
Multi-user support
More than one user can log in at the same time from the same device. Each user’s permissions are applied independently, so they see the options and actions allowed under their permissions.
How to use
When you log in to the system, the products page appears directly. The user can:
- Search for a product by name or serial number.
- Filter products by category.
- Use the barcode scanner to add products to the cart directly.
Permissions
The same permissions used in the Android Point of Sale app apply (such as the permission to edit price or unit), based on the user’s permissions in the system.
