Searching «Invoices» and the credit notes list in Qoyod POS is now faster and clearer, on the Web POS and the Android app. Cashiers find any past invoice by its number, the customer’s name or phone, even when it is older than the few days kept on the device.
What is new
On the Web:
- Search by invoice number, or by customer name or phone.
- Two date shortcuts: Last Week and Last Month.
- Status tabs: All, Paid, Partially Paid and Approved.
- A Sync Invoices button that shows the time of the last sync. The list also refreshes every 5 minutes.
On the app:
- Search by reference or phone runs against the whole history in Qoyod, not only the last 7 days stored on the device.
- With no search typed, scrolling down keeps loading older invoices and credit notes.
- A status filter: All, Paid, Partially Paid and Unpaid.
- A Not Synced badge beside Invoices and Credit Notes in the side menu shows how many documents have not reached Qoyod yet.
On both Web and app: a tag filter with Returned, Partially Returned, Overdue and Instant Invoice.
How to use it
- Open Invoices.
- Type the invoice number or the customer’s phone.
- Narrow the results by date, status or tag, then open the invoice to print it, collect payment or return it.
Nothing to set up and no permission needed. Searching older history on the app needs an internet connection.
Who it is for
Cashiers serving customers at the counter, and supervisors handling returns and customer questions. It means faster service at the counter, returns linked to the right original invoice, and visibility of sales that have not synced yet.
