Steps:

Verify Subscription Status

Go to Settings

Select Subscription Settings

You will see subscription details, outstanding invoices, and payments.

Verify Position Permissions

Go to Settings
-
Select Users
-
Go to Position Management
-
Verify that your position has permission to access General Settings

Important Notes:

The General Settings option only appears for the primary user or users who have the necessary permissions.

If the subscription has expired, General Settings will not appear until the subscription is renewed.
