Here’s a guide on how to view and print the delivery receipt for a sales invoice from the accounting website. Please note that this feature is not available through the Qoyod mobile app and requires accessing the website through a laptop or mobile browser.

How to view and print the delivery receipt for a sales invoice:

1. From the Sales menu, select: Sales Invoices.

2. Click on: View Sales Invoice.

3. Select: Print Delivery Receipt from the options below the invoice.

4. Delivery receipt print settings will appear with the option to save it as a PDF.

Additional Notes:

• You must ensure that the products added to the invoice are set up correctly (stocked or non-stocked).

• You cannot edit the delivery receipt or add any additional data.

• The invoice must be saved and approved before you can print the delivery receipt. You cannot print it before the invoice is approved (if the invoice is in draft or pending approval status, the option will not appear and you will only be able to print it after approval).
