View Due Subscription Invoices and Payment Methods

You can view your subscription invoices and their details through the following direct links:

If you are a subscriber or in the trial period and want to view and pay your outstanding subscription invoices: https://www.qoyod.com/tenant/subscriptions#billing_history
If you are a new customer and want to create a new facility and pay your subscription for the first time: https://www.qoyod.com/home/select_plan

You can view your subscription details and invoices by following these steps:

  1. Access Subscription Settings:

    • Go to Settings, then select Subscription Settings.
  2. Current Subscription Details:

    • Your current plan will be displayed, which includes:
      • Plan name.
      • Payment status (such as: “Paid”).
      • Plan expiration date.
    • Current add-ons will be displayed, such as:
      • Payroll.
      • Number of users.
      • Number of locations.
    • Financial details will also be displayed, such as:
      • Balance.
      • Next payment date.
      • Next payment amount.
  3. View Standard Subscription Invoices:

    • You can view all previous subscription invoices, which include:
      • Plan type.
      • Duration (monthly or annual).
      • Payment status.
      • Start and end date.
      • Invoice total.
      • Invoice number.
    • You can download invoices in PDF format.
    • As for tax invoices, they are automatically sent to you after activating the subscription within 48 hours.
      Please check the primary user’s email or any email the invoice should be sent to, and check your spam folder.
      If 48 hours have passed and you have not received the invoice and want to follow up with a specialist, please write “Transfer the conversation”.
  4. You can also view subscription invoices, their values, and status in another way by going to Settings, then Subscription Settings, then clicking on Subscription Invoices in the top options, and all invoices and their status will appear.
  1. View Subscription Receipts:

    • You can view the receipts associated with subscriptions with:
      • Date.
      • Reference number.
      • Amount.
  2. Payment Methods and Added Cards:

    • You can view the cards used for payment, and delete or add new cards as needed.
    • To delete a payment card: go to Settings – Subscription Settings – Payment Methods at the bottom of the page – Delete Payment Card

Additional Notes:

  • If you need to change your payment method, you can do so easily through Subscription Settings.
  • If the subscription has expired and the invoice does not appear in the subscription settings (i.e., the settings are locked), you can go to Settings, then Subscription Settings, then click on Subscription Invoices, and the outstanding invoices will appear. You can then click “Pay Now” to settle.
  • If the customer is unable to access the settings or subscription invoices, they can provide us with the facility number and we will transfer them to a specialist.
  • How do I know if the subscription is active or not?

    You can check if the subscription is active by going to Settings, then Subscription Settings, and you will see the plan details and subscription invoices with their status. You will also see the date and amount of the next payment. If you see a message “You do not have any active plan,” it means the subscription is not active. You can then go to Settings, then Subscription Settings, then “Subscription Invoices” in the top options, and click “Pay” next to the outstanding invoices.
