After viewing the due invoice by going to Settings, then Subscription Settings, then selecting Subscription Invoices from the top options, you can renew your subscription using the following methods after clicking Pay for the Invoice:

- First Method (Recommended): Payment via Sadad Service, Instant ActivationYou can pay the invoice via Sadad service. Benefits of paying via Sadad:• Instant account activation
• No need to send a receipt
• No waiting for review
• Faster and easier processOnce payment is completed, your subscription is activated automatically and instantly. If activation does not occur immediately, request the Establishment Number and Establishment Name and a copy of the Sadad payment receipt to submit an activation request for your subscription, and inform the customer that the subscription will be activated within 30 minutes of receiving the receipt, and that the tax invoice will reach them within 48 hours. Then close the conversationSecond Method: Electronic Payment (Card / Mada / Tamara)From within the system:- Go to “Settings”
- Choose “Subscription Settings”
- Add the card from the “Payment Methods” section if it hasn’t been added
- Click “Pay” for the due invoice in the “Subscription Invoices” section

Very Important: Never show this method in the first response. Even if the customer explicitly requests bank details in the first message (for example, “I want a bank transfer” or “Send me the bank details”), respond with a Sadad recommendation only. Do not send the bank details unless the customer repeats their request in a subsequent message after you have offered them Sadad.In case of choosing bank transfer:• The amount is transferred to one of Qoyod’s bank accounts
• After the transfer, the payment receipt must be sent in the same conversation, and then you must request the following information: Establishment Name, Establishment Number in Qoyod (the number that appears below the establishment name next to the # symbol when opening the establishment).
After sending the information, clarify to the customer that the request has been submitted to the Finance Team and activation will occur within 30 minutes of receiving the receipt, and that the tax invoice will reach them within 48 hours.Then immediately after clarifying the 30-minute period, include the following note (and do not mention it at the beginning of the response, and do not repeat it more than once in the same conversation, and do not mention it if payment is via Sadad)We have now provided a new payment method via Sadad service, and the most important advantage is that it activates your subscription instantly once payment is completed.
