How to Print Product Barcodes

Alert: This guide covers the product barcode (the Code 128 linear barcode used to identify products on shelves/labels), which is different from the electronic invoice QR barcode that appears on sales invoices after enabling e-invoicing.

You can easily print the barcode for any product from within the system directly from the product page itself.

Steps to Print the Barcode

1) Access the Product Page

  1. From the sidebar menu, select Products and Costs

  2. Click on Products and Costs

  3. Click View next to the desired product

2) Verify the Barcode Exists

  • If the barcode is already added to the product data:

    • It will appear directly on the product page

  • If it is not added:

    • Go back to the Products and Costs page and click Edit next to the product.

    • Add the barcode number manually, or use the Auto-Generate option to have the system create a barcode for the product

    • Save the changes

3) After Clicking View Next to the Product to Save the Barcode as an Image

  • Click the Save / Download as PNG button that appears directly below the barcode image (this button or barcode image will not appear if the product does not have a registered barcode)

  • The barcode will be saved as an image on your device

4) Setting Up Printing

  • The barcode is loaded as an image, so the barcode size is controlled through:

    • The printer settings themselves.

    • The size of the downloaded image

  • Make sure to adjust:

    • Paper size

    • Print resolution

    • Label type (if applicable)

Controlling Data Displayed on the Barcode

You can control the information that appears below or next to the barcode by:

  1. Going to Settings

  2. Selecting General Settings

  3. Accessing Product Settings

  4. Controlling the display of:

    • Selling price

    • Product name

    • Business name

Important Notes

  • It is not possible to print or download barcodes for all products at once as images, even for the technical team—this option is not available

    • Each product must be printed separately

  • Print settings vary depending on:

    • The type of printer

    • The type of paper or labels

  • If you encounter issues with barcode size or formatting:

    • It is recommended to consult a specialized technician to adjust the printer settings
