Product duplication on the invoice may occur due to one of the following reasons:

Adding the product name in Arabic and English with the same name:
If the product name is entered in Arabic and English with the same name in the product data, the product may appear duplicated on the invoice if the Arabic and English product name code has been added in the designer.

Product name duplication in the designer:
There may be duplication in the product name code within the designer in invoice settings.
To resolve the issue, the customer can follow these steps:

Go to General Settings:

Go to Settings, then select General Settings.

Go to Sales Invoice Settings:

Select Sales Invoice Settings from the top menu options.

Access the Designer:

Select Invoice Designer from the bottom of the page to delete the product name code if it’s duplicated.

You can also delete the English name if the product name in Arabic is the same as in English, then save the changes.

Verify the Result:

After making the changes, check the invoice to confirm that the product does not appear duplicated.

If you are using the default design (not the new designer):
The default design does not allow direct editing of the template, but you can control the displayed columns through the following steps:

Go to Settings.

Click on General Settings.

Click on “Sales Invoice Settings” from the top menu options.

Scroll down to the “Use Default Format” option and uncheck it.

Scroll down to the “Displayed Columns” section and keep the checkbox on the product name in only one language (Arabic or English) and uncheck the other, then click “Save” at the bottom of the page.
