Please check the following points in order before escalating the issue:
Step One: Ensure App is Updated

Ensure the app is running on the latest version.

This can be done by opening the app store and updating the Qoyod POS app if a new update is available.
Step Two: Restart the Device

Perform a full device restart.

After restarting, open the app again and check the performance.
Step Three: Clear Cache
If the issue persists, you can clear the cache for the Qoyod POS app after verifying that all invoices are synced, as any unsynced invoices will be deleted after clearing the cache.

Steps to Clear Cache for Qoyod POS App

Open the device and go to the home screen.

Go to Settings.

Select Apps or Manage Apps (depending on your device language).

Tap Clear Cache.
After Performing the Steps

Return to the home screen.
