Why the Invoice QR Code Appears on a Separate Page During Printing

You may notice when printing an invoice that the electronic invoice QR code appears on its own page instead of being on the same page as the invoice.
This behavior is not a system error, but rather is related to the invoice design and its content.

Cause of the Issue

The QR code appears on a separate page due to one or more of the following reasons:

• The invoice design contains a large number of line items

• Font size or table size is large compared to the paper size

• Large amounts of data added to the invoice

• Design incompatibility with the specified paper size for printing

When the first page is full, the system automatically moves remaining elements (such as the QR code) to a new page.

How to Solve the Problem

1) Reduce Font Size

• Go to the Invoice Designer

• Reduce:

  • Font size

  • Title size

• Especially within:

  • Tables

  • Rows

2) Adjust Table Size

• Reduce row height

• Remove any unnecessary spacing

• Ensure tables are properly sized for the paper size (A4 / A5 / 80mm)

3) Review Invoice Design

• Ensure the design:

  • is balanced

  • is not cluttered

  • is suitable for the selected paper size

• Try the Preview before printing to confirm the result
