Why New Invoice Designs Don’t Appear After Updates and How to Verify the Invoice Designer Is Applied Correctly

Clarification of reasons why the new invoice design does not appear when loading it and the necessary procedures to verify that the design is applied correctly.

  1. Verify invoice type:

    • There are two types of invoices in the system:
      • Tax invoice.
      • Simplified tax invoice.
    • You must ensure that the design has been applied to the correct invoice type. If the customer has a tax number added in their data, you will see the tax invoice design displayed. If they do not have a tax number, the simplified tax invoice design will be displayed.
  2. Verify the invoice designer:

    • Enter the designer settings for each of:
      • Tax invoice designer.
      • Simplified tax invoice designer.
    • Review the applied design and confirm the changes.
  3. Save changes:

    • After making any changes in the designer, you must click “Save” to apply the new design.
  4. Refresh the browser:

    • Sometimes you need to refresh the page and check again.
