Why doesn’t the simple invoice appear when viewing the supplier?

Answer:

The invoices that appear when viewing the supplier are purchase invoices only, while simple invoices do not currently appear in the list.
However, the value of simple invoices is recorded as a balance for the supplier and can be reviewed in detail in the supplier account statement.

To verify this:

1. Extract the supplier account statement from the Reports section.
2. Check the invoice details and the supplier’s balance.

The data that appears when viewing the supplier from the supplier list are:

1. Purchase invoices
2. Notifications and returns
3. Vouchers
