If the average value (values) does not appear in the inventory count, you must check the permissions granted to you.
Steps:

Make sure you have the permission to view the average value.

If you are not the main user, the main user must grant you the permission through User Settings.

Go to Settings > User Settings > Manage Roles.

When modifying permissions, make sure to enable the option: Show Average Value in Inventory Count.

Read: This permission enables the user to read the average value of the product and the total change in value when viewing inventory count.

Create: This permission enables the user to read and edit the average value displayed next to each product added.
