Verify the availability of quantity:
- Make sure the quantity you want to return is available in inventory.
- Go to Reports, then select Product Locations.
- Select the Location from which the quantity will be returned.
- Verify that the quantity you want to return is available.

Enter the quantity correctly:
- When adding the quantity in the Debtor Notification, verify the available quantity in inventory.
Additional Notes:
- If the quantity is not available in the specified location, the system will not be able to save the Debtor Notification.
