Guidelines on how to handle the disappearance of some price offers from the list and verify the reason if you did not delete them.
If you notice that some price offers have disappeared from the list without you deleting them, follow these steps to verify the issue:

Check that no filter options are enabled:
- Go to Price Offers list or Purchase Orders list,
- Make sure no filter is enabled, and if one is enabled, click on Reset to remove all filter options.

Check that you have permission on the location where the price offer or purchase order was added
- Go to Settings, then Users, then click Edit next to the user experiencing the issue, and verify in the Locations field that all required locations are added.

If the issue persists:
- Go to Reports then User Activity Report.
- Check if any user has deleted the price offers or purchase orders.
Additional Notes:
- Make sure to remove all filter options before searching for price offers or purchase orders
- If price offers are filtered with a certain filter, the filter remains in place until you cancel it by clicking “Reset”
