Important Notice: When a customer requests transferring the Super Admin user privilege, managing users, or changing the Super Admin’s email, first ask them: “Are you accessing Qoyod from a browser (web version) or from a mobile app?” This is because the user management option and Super Admin privilege transfer are only available in the web version (browser) and do not appear in the mobile app. If the customer is on mobile, direct them to open Qoyod from a browser (desktop or mobile browser) before explaining the steps.
The Super Admin user can grant Super Admin privileges to another user by following these steps:
-
Make sure the new user has been added to the company.
-
From the dropdown menu, select Settings > Users.
-
Next to the desired username, click View.
-
Click Convert to Super Admin.
Notes:
-
You must log in with the current Super Admin account to make this change.
-
If you are logged in with a non-Super Admin account, the option to convert a Super Admin user will not appear.
-
To identify the current Super Admin user, you can go to Settings and then Users, where you will see a list of users and “Super Admin” will appear next to the Super Admin user.
-
The new user you want to convert to a Super Admin must log in to their account at least once for the option to appear.
