Explanation of how to search for customers using different data such as phone number during invoice creation, and clarification of the difference between searching within the invoices page and the customers page.
Steps to follow:
Customer Response:
Currently, you can only search for a customer when creating an invoice by customer name and customer reference number.
But if you want to search by phone number or other data, follow these steps:
First: Searching from the Customers Page

Go to Sales
-
Select Customers

Use filter options such as:

Contact Number
-
Email
-
ID Number or Registration Number

After you get the search result, copy the customer’s name
Second: Returning to the Invoice

Go back to Create Invoice
-
Paste the customer’s name in the search field

Select the customer from the list

The system only supports searching by name in the invoice creation interface or by customer reference number.
