If you notice that some customers have disappeared from the customers list without you deleting them, follow these steps to verify the issue:

Check that there are no active filter options:
- Go to the customers list.
- If there is an active filter, click on Reset to remove all filter options.

If the problem persists:
- Go to Reports then User Activity Report.
- Check if any user has deleted customers in case they didn’t have related transactions such as: (invoices, receipts, debit notes or accounting entries)

If the problem persists and you cannot find an explanation:
- Provide us with screenshots showing the customers that disappeared or the transactions that were performed on them.
- And we will escalate the issue to the technical team for further investigation.
Additional Notes:
- Make sure to remove all filter options before searching for customers.
- If customers are filtered with a specific filter, the filter remains until it is cleared by you.
