How to Export Purchase Invoices and Simple Invoices Separately for Detailed Reports

Clarification on having a separate report for purchase invoices and simple invoices: there is no dedicated report for this, but you can issue a separate report for each by exporting purchase invoices once, and exporting simple invoices separately.

Steps to Export Purchase Invoices

  1. Go to Purchases

    • Navigate to the Purchases menu from the main menu.

  2. Open Purchase Invoices

    • Click on Purchase Invoices.

  3. Select the Time Period and Required Filters

    • Choose the desired date and any other filters as needed.

  4. Export the Report

    • Click on Export at the top of the screen to download the data.

Steps to Export Simple Invoices

  1. Go to Purchases

    • Navigate to the Purchases menu from the main menu.

  2. Open Simple Invoices

    • Click on Simple Invoices.

  3. Select the Time Period and Required Filters

    • Choose the desired date and any other filters as needed.

  4. Export the Report

    • Click on Export at the top of the screen to download the data.

Important Notes

  • You can use filters to select invoices based on time period, status, and more.

  • If you need a custom report, you can export the data to Excel and edit it manually.
