Instructions for modifying an asset classification in Qoyod.

If there are no transactions on the asset:
- Go to the Fixed Assets menu.
- Click Edit next to the asset whose classification you want to modify.
- Modify the new classification.
- Click Save to complete the modification.

If there are transactions on the asset:
- If there are transactions related to the asset, you will not be able to modify the classification or delete the asset directly.
- You must first delete all transactions associated with the asset.
- After deleting the transactions, you can modify the classification and save the changes.

If deletion is not possible and it is necessary to modify the classification:
- If you cannot delete the transactions or if it is necessary to modify the classification, you can submit a technical support request.
- Make sure to add a Qoyod support user.
- Provide us with the asset serial number and the new classification in the support request so the technical team can attempt the modification.
