How to Delete or Temporarily Suspend a User in Qoyod

How to Delete or Disable a User in Qoyod

You can manage users in your account by permanently deleting a user or temporarily disabling them as needed.

Steps to Delete or Disable a User

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Users

  3. A list of all added users will appear

  4. Next to each user you will find two options:

    • Disable → to temporarily pause the user

    • Delete → to permanently delete the user

  5. Choose the appropriate action according to your preference

The Difference Between Disabling and Deleting

  • Disabling a User

    • Prevents the user from logging into the system

    • Can be reactivated later

    • Is not counted toward the number of users in your plan

  • Deleting a User

    • Permanent deletion of the user

    • Cannot be recovered after deletion

    • But you can add them again later

Important Notes

  • If the user is the primary user (Super Admin):

    • Cannot be deleted or disabled directly

    • You must first:

      1. The primary user must grant primary user permissions to another user

      2. After that, the old user can be deleted or disabled

  • A Disabled User:

    • Is not counted toward the number of users in your plan

Summary

  • You can easily manage users from Settings

  • Disabling is suitable for temporary suspension

  • Deletion is for permanent cases

  • The primary user has a special procedure
