Clarification on the possibility of adding an additional field for customers and linking each customer to their designated representative, where you can add an additional field for customers and link them to representatives.
Steps

Go to Settings.

Select Additional Fields.

Select the service type “Customers“

Click on ( + ) to add a new field

Name the field, for example “Representative” and select text as the field type.

Save the changes.

When adding or editing a customer, you will find the additional field on the customer page.

You can use the field to filter customers by representatives and export it when needed.
Note:
You cannot hide a specific group of customers from users, but you can display only the customers that matter to you by using the Filter option located at the top of the customer list, so each user can set their preferred view.
