An explanation of how business data is retained after the trial period or paid subscription ends.

After the trial period ends:
- Data is retained on Qoyod servers for 6 months, during which you can view and export it.

After the paid subscription ends:
- Data is retained for two years from the subscription end date, with the ability to view and export only, without the ability to add new data.

When the grace period ends:

During the grace period you can use the system normally, and after the period ends you can still access and view your data, but you cannot add or modify anything. The system retains your business data for two years from the end of your subscription, and during this time you can view and export the data only, without any modifications or additions.

Additional notes:
- If you wish to restore full access to the system, you can renew your subscription during the specified period.
- After the data retention period ends (whether after trial or subscription), the business and data are permanently deleted.
