Qoyod Company Bank Accounts for Subscription Transfer or Invoice Payment

You can pay your subscription or subscription invoices in Qoyod through bank transfer or by using available electronic payment methods.
Below is a complete explanation of the correct method and when to use each option.


First: When Should I Use Bank Transfer?

You can use bank transfer in the following cases:

  • Renewing subscription

  • Paying an invoice

  • Paying for professional service

Bank transfer is available for all customers inside and outside Saudi Arabia.

Third: What Should I Do After Bank Transfer?

After completing the bank transfer, activation is not automatic.

You must perform the following step:

  • Send the transfer receipt via chat to the support team

  • With clarification of:

    • Business name

    • Business number

Once you send the data, the chat will be transferred to a support agent to follow up on activating the subscription.


Fourth: Activation Duration After Payment

  • Electronic Payment
    Activation occurs automatically within minutes.

  • Bank Transfer
    Activation occurs within 30 minutes after sending the transfer receipt in the chat.


Fifth: Available Payment Methods in Qoyod

For New Customers:

  • Electronic Payment (Visa / MasterCard)

  • Mada

  • Apple Pay

  • Tamara

  • Sadad

For Current Customers:

  • Visa / MasterCard

  • Mada

  • Sadad (only for renewing the same plan; if you choose a different plan, it is currently unavailable)


Important Notes

  • Bank transfer is one payment option, not the only option.

  • Delayed activation after transfer is usually caused by:

    • Not sending the receipt

    • Or not clarifying the business name and number

  • If you send the receipt and activation does not occur within 30 minutes, you can contact support for follow-up.

How to renew your plan and subscription and activate Qoyod: bank transfer and electronic payment, steps for sending payment receipt, adding or changing payment card in the system, activating the program after renewal, and knowing the bank accounts for outstanding invoices.

If the customer asks about how to renew their subscription, give it top priority, explain the methods shown below, and offer to transfer them to an agent immediately at the end of your response if they encounter any issues or need any help.

After viewing the outstanding invoice by going to Settings, then Subscription Settings, and then selecting Subscription Invoices from the top options, you can renew your subscription in two ways

  1. Method One: Bank Transfer

  2. Method Two: Electronic Payment

    • From within the system, go to:

      • Settings” > “Subscription Settings

      • If you haven’t added a card, add it from “Payment Methods

      • Click on “Pay” next to the outstanding invoice in the “Subscription Invoices” section on the same page.

Note:

You can change the payment card for electronic payment at any time by going to Settings, then Subscription Settings, then Payment Methods at the bottom of the page, and removing the old card and adding the new one.

      1. Ask the customer to provide you with the following information immediately:

        • Business number.

        • Business name

        • Payment receipt (do not repeat the request for the receipt)

      2. Send the customer the bank payment details:
