We are pleased to announce consolidated financial reports in Qoyod: the ability to generate one unified set of financial reports across more than one Qoyod subscription belonging to the same legal entity, directly inside the platform.
Until now, businesses running several branches or companies under one entity exported the reports of each subscription and merged them by hand in external spreadsheets. That costs the finance team hours every reporting cycle, increases the risk of errors, and never gives leadership a trustworthy financial picture in time.
What is now available
You select the subscriptions you want to combine, Qoyod consolidates their financials into a single set of reports automatically, and you export or share the result with management or your auditors. No per subscription exports, and no manual merging in external files.
Available consolidated reports
Consolidated trial balance, consolidated income statement, consolidated balance sheet, and consolidated cash flow statement.
How it works
You confirm that the subscriptions you need belong to the same legal entity, select the ones you want to unify, and Qoyod generates the consolidated reports automatically. You then review the report at group level and export it as a single file.
Customer value
Hours of manual work saved every reporting cycle, fewer copy paste and reconciliation errors, and a trustworthy view of the whole business that helps leadership decide faster. The value grows with every entity you add.
Who this is for
Businesses running several branches or companies on Qoyod under one legal entity, accounting firms managing multiple client entities, and large multi branch organizations that need group level reporting as part of their daily work.
Plan availability
Available exclusively on the Advanced plan.
Step by step instructions are available in consolidated financial reports in the Help Center.
