Clarification on the ability to sell in negative quantities in Qoyod We apologize, currently Qoyod does not offer the ability to sell in negative quantities. Quantities must be established through opening balances or purchase invoices. You can also benefit from the inventory audit feature available in the program, and then proceed with a sales transaction to the customer based on the quantities available in inventory.

Solution Steps:

1. Establish quantities through opening balances or purchase invoices.
   Or use the inventory audit feature to establish the available quantities.
2. After confirming the quantities, you can sell the products to customers.

• Selling in negative quantities is not possible, and quantities must be recorded correctly through invoices, purchases, or inventory audits.
