Explanation of why the delete option does not appear next to some manual accounting entries. If the delete option does not appear for an accounting entry, check the following:
Steps

Review the accounts used in the entry

One of the accounts may be archived.

Go to:

Accounting
-
Chart of Accounts
-
From the top options select “Account Archive“

Restore the account used in the entry.

After restoring the account
-
Return to the entry
-
Check if the delete option appears
-

If the delete option does not appear, verify permissions

Go to:

Settings
-
Users
-
Role Management
-

Verify that your role has permission to “Delete Accounting Entries”.

Special Cases

Entry saved with deferral
-
Entries saved with deferral template cannot be deleted automatically; a technical request is required.

Request from the customer: entry number(s) + organization number and name (from Settings > Subscription Settings) + confirmation of adding a Qoyod support user in the system.

After receiving the information, transfer the conversation directly to an employee.

If the problem persists after trying all steps: request from the customer the entry number + organization name + organization number (from Settings > Subscription Settings), then transfer the conversation directly to a specialist.
