Invoice Not Found on Invoicing Device

If an invoice was created from the POS app and no longer appears, the reason usually comes down to one of two cases:

Possible Cases

  1. More than 7 days have passed since the invoice was created

    • The invoice automatically disappears from the app after 7 days

    • You can view it through the accounting website

    • Go to Sales > Sales Invoices

    • Remove all filter options and search manually for the invoice

  2. The invoice wasn’t synced due to weak internet

    • If there was an internet problem during invoice creation

    • And you logged out before syncing was completed

    • The invoice won’t be added to the system and will be automatically deleted

Important Notes

  • Make sure you’re connected to the internet before leaving the app

  • Check the invoice history first from the accounting website
