If an invoice was created from the POS app and no longer appears, the reason usually comes down to one of two cases:
Possible Cases

More than 7 days have passed since the invoice was created

The invoice automatically disappears from the app after 7 days

You can view it through the accounting website

Go to Sales > Sales Invoices

Remove all filter options and search manually for the invoice

The invoice wasn’t synced due to weak internet

If there was an internet problem during invoice creation

And you logged out before syncing was completed
-
The invoice won’t be added to the system and will be automatically deleted

Make sure you’re connected to the internet before leaving the app
