Why Did the New Invoice Icon Disappear from Sales Invoices?

If a new invoice icon (+) does not appear next to sales invoices, the reason is usually due to user permissions or subscription status.


Verification Steps

  1. User Permission

    • Go to Settings > Users.

    • Select “Manage Roles” from the top options.

    • Click “View” next to your role.

    • Verify that the “Create Sales Invoices” permission is enabled.

  2. Subscription Status

    • Ensure your subscription is active.

    • If your subscription period has ended or you have exceeded the grace month, you will not be able to add a new invoice until you renew and activate your subscription.
