Verification Steps

User Permission

Go to Settings > Users.

Select “Manage Roles” from the top options.

Click “View” next to your role.

Verify that the “Create Sales Invoices” permission is enabled.

Subscription Status

Ensure your subscription is active.

If your subscription period has ended or you have exceeded the grace month, you will not be able to add a new invoice until you renew and activate your subscription.
