Which Sections Support Custom Fields and Where They Cannot Be Used

Details about the sections that support adding custom fields and sections that do not support them.

Custom fields are available for the following sections:

  1. Manufacturing orders.
  2. Purchase orders, purchase invoices, debit notes, simplified invoices.
  3. Customers.
  4. Manual journal entries.
  5. Products.
  6. Suppliers.
  7. Inventory counting.
  8. Customer and supplier notes.
  9. Sales invoices, quotations, credit notes.
  10. Inventory transfer.

Sections not available for custom fields:

  1. Fixed assets.
  2. Asset depreciation.
  3. Asset disposal.
  4. Employees.
  5. Payroll runs.
  6. Employee advances.
  7. Bonuses.
  8. Employee deductions.
  9. Easy journal entries.
  10. Recurring transactions.
  11. Budgets.

Additional notes:

  • Ensure that custom fields are entered in a way that matches the nature of the target section.
