Purpose of the payroll receipts feature:
- It is used to display salary and accrual details before payment, and includes:
- Name and month.
- Accruals (base salary, allowances, bonuses).
- Deductions (advances, absences, savings funds).

Accessing payroll receipts:
- From the Payroll dropdown menu and then Payroll Runs, select “Payroll Receipts” from the top options.
- After adding employees and creating the payroll run, you can view the receipts.

Receipt components:
- Employee name.
- Time period (month).
- Details of accruals and deductions.
- Total after deductions.

Viewing and downloading the receipt:
- Click View to review the data.
- To download the receipt, click Download PDF.
