If the customer requests transferring the subscription from one establishment to another (for example: started with a free account and a new establishment appeared after subscribing), the following conditions must be verified before submitting the request:

Subscription Transfer Conditions:

The old establishment (being transferred to) contains only one invoice, and more than 15 days have passed on it.

The new establishment (being transferred from) does not contain any invoices.

If either condition is not met, inform the customer that subscription transfer is not available in this case.
If the conditions are met, request from the customer:

The old establishment number
-
The new establishment number
Then transfer the conversation to an employee to submit the payment transfer request.
