The system enables advanced search and filtering in customer receipts and vendor receipts to access a specific receipt or group of receipts easily, using a wide range of filters that can be combined together, with the ability to export results.
First: Accessing Customer Receipts and Vendor Receipts

All filter options work the same way on both pages.
Second: Available Filter Options
You can filter receipts using one or more filters at the same time, and all filters work together to narrow search results precisely.
Available Filters:

Reference
-
Reference number of the customer receipt or vendor receipt.

Receipt

Payment

Status
-
Used: The receipt has been fully allocated to invoices.

Partially Used: Part of the amount has been allocated and part remains unallocated.

Unused: The receipt has not been allocated to any invoice.

Entity Name or Reference Number

You can search by:

Full entity name

Or part of the name (partial search)

Minimum Amount

Set the minimum amount for the receipt.

Maximum Amount

Set the maximum amount for the receipt.

Date (From, To)

Search within a specific time range.

Financial Year and Financial Period

For example: Year 2026, January
When selecting the financial year and period:

The date (From / To) is automatically adjusted

And you cannot use the date filter manually with them at the same time.

Third: Important Notes on Filtering

You can combine more than one filter at the same time (for example: Status + Date + Currency).

If the receipt does not appear:

Make sure to remove some filters or expand your search range.

together at the same time.

Click the Export option at the top of the page

Export depends on the current filtering.

Only visible receipts in the list will be exported.

Filtering by Location (Branch)

Currently, you cannot filter receipts directly by location (branch) from the receipts page.
