How to Unlock Your Locked Qoyod Account and Reset Your Password

This message “Account Locked” appears when logging in due to entering the password incorrectly multiple times in a row, which causes the account to lock automatically for protection.

Steps to Fix the Issue

  1. Reset Password

    • Click the “Forgot Password” option on the login page.
