You can find an invoice based on a specific description (such as “samples”) by exporting your invoice list to an Excel file, and following these steps:

Go to the Sales section, then Sales Invoices.

Click on the Export icon located on the Sales Invoices page.

Open the exported Excel file.

Search the Description column using Excel’s Find feature (Ctrl + F) and enter the desired word such as “samples”.

All invoices containing the desired word will appear, showing their details such as:

Invoice number.

Customer name.

Invoice amount.

Tax amount.

Make sure to export invoices for the time period you want to search within.

Currently, the Description field cannot be added to the columns when viewing the invoice list, and the alternative method to display the description is to export the invoices to Excel.
