You can make a fresh start based on your situation. Check the details:
First: If you’re in the trial period

Click the three dots next to your establishment name

Select Add Establishment

Create a new establishment and start fresh

Once you’ve set it up, activate the subscription on the new establishment
Second: If you’re a subscriber and have paid within the last 15 days

Follow the same steps as before:

Click the three dots

Select Add Establishment

After creating the new establishment, contact us again.

We’ll transfer your subscription from the old establishment to the new one
Important Notes

Complete data deletion is only available manually. The best solution is to create a new establishment. As for the old establishment, if it was a trial account, it will be deleted if no subscription is activated on it after 6 months.

Subscription transfer is not possible if payment is more than 15 days overdue.
