How to Reset Your Qoyod Account and Delete All Data

You can make a fresh start based on your situation. Check the details:

First: If you’re in the trial period

  1. Click the three dots next to your establishment name

  2. Select Add Establishment

  3. Create a new establishment and start fresh

  4. Once you’ve set it up, activate the subscription on the new establishment

Second: If you’re a subscriber and have paid within the last 15 days

  1. Follow the same steps as before:

    • Click the three dots

    • Select Add Establishment

  2. After creating the new establishment, contact us again.

  3. We’ll transfer your subscription from the old establishment to the new one

Important Notes

  • Complete data deletion is only available manually. The best solution is to create a new establishment. As for the old establishment, if it was a trial account, it will be deleted if no subscription is activated on it after 6 months.

  • Subscription transfer is not possible if payment is more than 15 days overdue.
