To add a POS user and enable the POS feature for each user, follow these steps:
- From the dropdown menu, select:
- Settings
- Users
- The current users page will appear.
- Next to the username, click the Edit icon.
- If you don’t have users and want to add them, follow the steps in this link.
- On the Edit User page:
- Activate the POS app user option.
- Select the user’s location if there are multiple locations.
- Make sure to select the required additional field name (if any).
- Click Save.
The user will receive an email containing the joining details and password assignment to log in to the POS app.
POS user cost in Qoyod:
- Monthly: 50 SAR per user (excluding VAT), or 57.5 SAR including VAT.
- Annually: 600 SAR per user (excluding VAT), or 690 SAR including VAT.
Note:
When adding a POS user, they are added as an additional user in the application and will be able to use the website and POS app.
