How to Add and Activate POS Users in Qoyod: Set Locations, Permissions, and Pricing

To add a POS user and enable the POS feature for each user, follow these steps:

1. From the dropdown menu, select:
   • Settings
   • Users
2. The current users page will appear.
   • Next to the username, click the Edit icon.
   • If you don’t have users and want to add them, follow the steps in this link.
3. On the Edit User page:
   • Activate the POS app user option.
   • Select the user’s location if there are multiple locations.
   • Make sure to select the required additional field name (if any).
4. Click Save.

The user will receive an email containing the joining details and password assignment to log in to the POS app.

POS user cost in Qoyod:

• Monthly: 50 SAR per user (excluding VAT), or 57.5 SAR including VAT.
• Annually: 600 SAR per user (excluding VAT), or 690 SAR including VAT.

Note:

When adding a POS user, they are added as an additional user in the application and will be able to use the website and POS app.
