Hide User Invoices and Display by Assigned Location

You can hide invoices for each user so that only their invoices are displayed to them by adding new locations for each user. Follow these steps:

Solution Steps:

1. Go to Products and Costs.
2. Select Locations.
3. Create a dedicated location for each user separately.
4. Assign each user their dedicated location through Settings, then Users, then click Edit next to the user and select their assigned location.
5. This way, the user will only see invoices issued from their location.

Additional Notes:

• Make sure to assign the correct location to each user to avoid displaying invoices that don’t belong to them.
