If you want to see the ID number you need for linking, it’s straightforward:
- Go to Sales > Customers.
- Search for the customer you want and click “View”.
- You’ll find the customer number (ID) displayed in the page URL in your browser.
As for the “reference number” in Qoyod:
This is simpler, you’ll see it right away.
Just go to Sales > Customers, and the reference number appears next to each customer’s name in the list.
