Cannot Add Products from the POS App When Stock Is Zero or Unavailable

An answer about the possibility of adding quantities to products through the POS application and the selling method if product quantities are not available.

Answer:

We apologize, you cannot add quantities to products through the POS application. However, you can add quantities through one of the following two methods from the website:

  1. Opening Balances: You can add quantities through opening balances in the accounting system.

  2. Purchase Invoice: You can add quantities through a purchase invoice from the accounting system.

  3. Inventory Count

    Important Note:

    Products with tracked inventory status cannot be sold through the website or application unless quantities are provided through the previous methods. However, if a product has non-tracked inventory status, it can be sold without proving quantities, since non-tracked products do not have quantities added to them.
