Clarification on the ability to export all sales invoices at once. You can export all sales invoices by following the steps below:
- Go to Sales.
- Select Sales Invoices.
- Click on Export at the top of the page.
- An Excel file containing invoice details will be downloaded.
Exported File Details:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Reference | The invoice reference number. |
| Description | Invoice description, if added. |
| Party | Customer or party name associated with the invoice. |
| Status | Invoice status (draft, approved, paid, etc.). |
| Issue Date | Invoice issue date. |
| Due Date | The date payment is due. |
| Location | Location or branch associated with the invoice. |
| Subtotal (Before Tax) | Total invoice value without tax. |
| Tax Amount | Amount added as tax on the invoice. |
| Total | Final total including tax. |
| Amount Paid | Amount paid from the total invoice. |
| Outstanding Amount | Amount remaining to be paid. |
| Terms & Conditions | Text related to the terms and conditions entered in the invoice. |
| Notes | Any additional notes added to the invoice. |
Additional Notes:
- The exported file does not include product details added to each invoice.
- Product details for all invoices cannot be exported in a single file.
