User Discount Setup Limits:

Currently, you can only set the maximum discount percentage (%) for a user from: Settings > Users > Edit next to the user.

You cannot set a fixed discount amount (SAR) per invoice; only percentage discounts are available.

If a customer requests a fixed discount amount: explain that this feature is not currently available, and the alternative is to set a percentage that roughly equals the requested amount.
Decimal Places in Invoices:

Qoyod displays two decimal places as the default setting in invoices.

Currently, you cannot change the number of decimal places in the unit price on the invoice to display 3 or more decimal places.

If the unit price requires higher precision (such as 0.275), it will be automatically rounded to two decimal places (0.28).

If a customer encounters an issue due to rounding that affects the accuracy of invoice amounts: escalate the conversation to a support agent to submit a request or technical ticket.
