Here are the available ways to deactivate the POS customer option for a large number of customers at once.

Manual Removal:
- You can access the Sales menu > Customers.
- Click Edit next to each customer, then deactivate the POS customer option, and click Save.

Bulk Removal:
- If you have a large number of customers, you can provide us with an Excel file containing the names of the customers for which you want to deactivate the option.
- A Qoyod support user is added (if not already added).
- A request is submitted to our technical team to process the request.
