Bulk Disable POS Customer Option for Multiple Customers

Here are the available ways to deactivate the POS customer option for a large number of customers at once.

      1. Manual Removal:

        • You can access the Sales menu > Customers.
        • Click Edit next to each customer, then deactivate the POS customer option, and click Save.
      2. Bulk Removal:

        • If you have a large number of customers, you can provide us with an Excel file containing the names of the customers for which you want to deactivate the option.
        • A Qoyod support user is added (if not already added).
        • A request is submitted to our technical team to process the request.
