Clarification for cases where a customer complains about manual entries not appearing after importing them. When importing manual entries via Excel, an email is sent containing the success details or any errors that occurred.
Steps to verify the entries appear:

Check your email

If the import is successful, you will receive a confirmation email.

If it fails, the email will contain error details for you to correct and retry.

If the import was successful but the entries don’t appear

Go to Accounting
-
Select Manual Journal Entries

Click Reset in the filter options

Delays in entries appearing may be due to the size of the imported data.
