Explanation of why the message “Upgrade your plan” appears when accessing the Tasks and Projects page
When you access Tasks and Projects and click on Projects, and a message appears asking for upgrade, this means that the Projects feature is not available in your current plan.
The Tasks and Projects feature is available only in certain plans, and is not available in all plans.
How can I verify which plan I’m subscribed to?
Follow these steps:

Go to Settings

Select Subscription Settings

Your current plan type will be displayed
From here you can check if your plan supports the Projects feature or not.
How do I use Projects?
If your plan does not include the Projects feature, you need to upgrade your plan.
Upgrade Steps:

Go to Subscription Settings

Select ‘Modify Subscription’

Choose the appropriate plan for you

Complete the upgrade steps
After upgrading, the Tasks and Projects feature will be activated immediately.
