There are two possible reasons why accounting entries are not appearing:

There is a filter applied to accounting entries:

Go to Accounting > Manual Accounting Entries.

Click Reset to view all entries.

You do not have permission to access accounting entries:

Go to Settings > Users > Manage Positions.

Click Edit next to your position.

Ensure that the permission to view accounting entries is granted.

Click Save Changes.
